We have two categories for delivery ( Standard £10.00 Heavy £30.00 )
You will only ever be charged once for any delivery.
The delivery charge is calculated according to the largest item in your basket. You will be charged either £10.00 or £30.00. Ordering multiple standard items will have only one £10.00 delivery charge.
After receiving your order we will contact you by e-mail to confirm your order and with an estimated delivery time. Please note that this estimated delivery time is not a guarantee of delivery but a guideline. If an item is out of stock or can not be delivered in the specified time you will be notified as soon as possible. Do not book a Plumber / Tradesman based on estimated delivery time wait until your goods have been delivered and checked. We are not liable for any Plumber / Tradesman costs incurred.
Once your order is despatched from ourselves you will be informed by email (for larger goods you will be contacted by the courier company to arrange a convenient time for delivery and relevant information).
Important guidelines
All goods should be checked upon receipt and notification of any problems should be received with 48 Hours.
Delivery will be made to the nearest hard road point. The delivery driver will be as helpful as possible but they will need assistance with heavy loads and we regret that they are NOT insured to carry goods upstairs.
